Professional Home Staging Evaluation & Action Plan:
Every property staging starts with a Design Work Session called a Home Staging Evaluation. If you’re the do-it-yourself type but would like the experience and guidance from a professional designer to identify the hidden value in your home and reduce the stress typically associated with selling and showcasing your home, then you're in the right place! I will go into great detail on what needs to be done and how to achieve it. I will answer all your questions. My goal is to use your belongings to stage your property at a minimal cost. In addition, I do not judge your style, taste or home making habits. Home Staging Evaluations last between 90 minutes and 3 hours depending on the size of your home. Please have your questions as well as your pen and paper ready! Pay the $50 administrative fee here to get on my calendar and get the process started. Investment is $200 for the first hour and $100 an hour after that and ispayable by check or paypal at the end of your design meeting.
